I noticed this issue a few months ago, worked on a fix for it myself, and now see a few people reporting it on the Majestic Mountains bug thread when they return to Skyrim. It might be more obvious using enb or some settings. I reported this issue to the patch team but it was deemed not to be a bug. Just load it under any mod that edits the same mesh (there may not be one). ————————————————————————

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
