Installation instructions
1.) Download and install Companion and Followers Mod (Protected version) NOT (Basic version)
2.) Download and install my patch/addition. Prioritize my patches in your load order.
My 2 cents.
I like the mod because it adds realistic and dynamic npc companions and followers to roam the world freely. My only complaint is the way they can be slaughtered without any consequences since they are essentially immortal. This makes them mortal and they can now be killed by NPCs and enemies. So there's a good chance you might never encounter some of them during your journey, although you might stumble across their corpses on a failed adventure... who knows? Immersion is immersion.

I love the mod as it adds realistic and dynamic npc companions and followers that roam the world freely. My only gripe is they could slaughter their way through the world without any consequences as they were essentially immortal. This makes them mortal and now they can be killed by NPC's and enemies. So there is a strong possibility that you might not ever encounter some of them in your journey, though you may stumble upon their corpse from their failed adventure... who knows!? The immersion is immerseful.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
