Make your own Stalhrim - no quest requirements now

This is just the stalhrim ore recipe for those who don't want to wait for quests or rely on limited mines.

Update: I've included an optional file for those who don't want to deal with the quest requirements. I can't vouch for how it will work with other mods as I'm stuck with continental Stalhrim and the vanilla mod myself. If there are any questions, please let me know.

So far, the recipe for stalhrim has been lost. But you, Long Teng, have rediscovered the recipe for eternal ice, as hard as ebony and lighter, befitting the heroes of the Northern Legend.

In other words, if you don't want to wait for quests or go digging to get some stalhrim, I've got a recipe for you. The mod I used allowed me to remove the quest requirement for stalhrim crafting - Robbie922004's Continent Stalhrim - but since this does affect a few graves, it may not work for you.
