Make magic rarer

Sorry, my English is not good. I'm really annoyed with the magic in the game, every bandit knows some spell, every defender, swearing etc.
It's like he's an expert at the Mage Academy and this mod can change that.

I do have a different perspective on magic, for me it's the ritual, the long preparation and so on. I grew up on books like Conan and Lord of the Rings, where magic was more realistic and closer to the real world. For example, in Conan's realm, only a handful of the most powerful mages in the world can summon

Most magic has been removed from the game. I didn't encounter dragons, Dragonpriests, Antronachs, Spriggans and a few other magical creatures.

I did not remove the magic from the staff, the NPCs used with the staff cast magic from the staff.

Unfortunately the mod also changes the appearance of the Hagravens to balance the game and I overpower them a bit. Some dungeons where you encounter a mage may be easier or harder, depending on many factors such as your level, class, fighting style, etc.
All tested and working fine. Currently I'm working on a better mod where I absolutely redo Skyrim magic.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
