Well basically I was like "why the fuck isn't this masterpiece on SSE" I decided to figure out how to make this mod into my Skyrim, mostly as a reason for the main questline.
This model takes the dragons in FonsPantz from Macho Dragons into Randy Savage, one of the greatest models of our time. The dragons also have some epic voice lines that complete the experience.
(disclaimer - this basically doesn't have anything to port, it's more to show that it works with sse)
Install:
All you have to do is extract the data folder and copy it to your main skyrim directory, which usually looks like this
"This PC/OS/ProgramFiles (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim Special Edition"
uninstall:
Why are you uninstalling this?
Uninstalling will delete the files manually.
If people actually care, I'll figure out how to turn this into a proper .esp or .bsa, or whatever to install and uninstall with NMM/MO2

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
