About this mod Machine translation

A small replacement or Lungaris racing head with the addition of new upright ears that resemble a hare rather than a house slipper. Available for standard Lungaris matches and newer Lungaris Redux SSE.

[Snorts] like dis is ma first mod so plz it's easy for me (or not) k thx

Overview:

concise:

A small patch to the Lungaris race is intended to make them more like hares than domestic lops.

detailed:

Both versions of the Lungaris game (standard and high-res redux) have ear flips. I personally didn't like the look of the flops (even though they are cute) and decided to edit the mesh to reposition the ears upright. All normal animations are facial functions, and the ears will move based on the player/NPC's expression.

Require:

Requires Lungaris Race Redux (recommended) or original Lungaris Race.

Redux:

Works with any version.

Install:

My mod is a replacer, so it replaces the original Lungaris head with a new one. It can be installed or uninstalled at any time without any consequences.

Install it using your preferred mod manager, or find the original Lungaris headers and replace them.

The file path is Data> Meshes> Actors> Character> Rabbit.

Just copy and paste and overwrite if required.

integral:

Mickyan: For the original race of my modified asset.

question:

The original Lungaris head model is low poly and is a modified version of the original Skyrim Khajiit head. Therefore, lighting may work oddly for the ear in certain situations. Otherwise, there is no problem.

If the mod doesn't install correctly, please let me know in the comments and explain exactly what you did.

[Snorts] Like dis is ma first mod so plz go easy on me (or not) k thx

Overview:

Laconic:

A small patch for the Lungaris race intended to make them resemble wild rabbits as opposed to domestic lops.

Detailed:

The ears on both versions of the Lungaris race (the standard and high resolution redux) both have ears which are flopped. I personally don't like the flop look as much (even though they are cute), and decided to edit the meshes to reposition the ears to stand upright. All normal animations facial function, and the ears will move depending on the expression of the player/npc.

Requirements:

Requires either the Lungaris Race Redux (recommended) or the original Lungaris race.

Redux:

Original:

Works with any version.

Installation:

My mod is a replacer, and as such it will overwrite the original Lungaris head with the new one. It can be installed or uninstalled at any time without consequence.

Install it with your preferred mod manager, or find the original Lungaris heads and replace them.

File path is Data > Meshes > Actors > Character > Rabbit.

Simply copy and paste, overwrite if asked.

Credits:

Mickyan: For the original Race whose assets I modified.

Issues:

The original Lungaris head model was low poly, being a modified version of the original Skyrim Khajiit head. As such, lighting may apply strangely to the ears in specific circumstances. Otherwise, not issues are present.

If the mod does not install correctly, please notify me in the comments and explain exactly what you did.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
