3.Module description
-------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------
This mod allows Serana to transform into a vampire lord during combat. As far as I know, the only other mod that implements this functionality is Amazing Follower Tweaks (and Serana Secret, which is not available for SSE). However, in that mod (if I remember correctly), the player will only transform into a vampire lord as long as she also transforms into something (a vampire lord or a werewolf). This mod is for players who don't want to convert into anything themselves, but still want Serana to be able to convert.
More details:
-Serana will only transform into a vampire lord during battle, and transform back to normal at the end of the battle. She does not transform in every fight; only when she fights at least 3 enemies, or fights a dragon, giant, vampire lord, or opponent who is higher level than her.
- Serana will not change if there are resident members of the Dawnguard and/or Night's Watch of the Stendarr faction nearby, or if there are living Guards nearby.
-Serana will not be converted if it is located in a town, settlement, village or other similar area.
-Serana cannot change while sitting or swimming.
-Serana will not use any of the new spells normally given to vampire lords; she will continue to use her own spells.
If Serana has remained a vampire lord and doesn't seem to be returning to her normal form, activate her (talk to her). If she is not currently in combat, she should return to her normal state.

4.Customization
-------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------
Some customization of the mod can be done using console commands. It is recommended to only use them when not in combat, preferably in areas like towns that she cannot transform, and when she is not currently a vampire lord. To use console commands, open the console using the tilde (~), type any command listed below (without quotes), and press Enter.
-Type "Set VLSeranaEnabled to X" to disable (X=0) or enable (X=1) the entire mod (default: 1)
- Type "Set VLSeranaRoyalArmorGlobal to

5.Installation
-------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------
Like any other mod, it can be installed via the Mod Manager or just make sure to place the .bsa and .esp files in the Skyrim\Data\ directory. Make sure the plugin (.esp file) is also activated.
Loading order does not matter as this …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
