The obedient may come to the altar of the Nine and be blessed, and may be comforted and healed by the Nine, and may be able to thank him for his many blessings.
Principal's Conference Hall
Hidden within the upper levels of Solitude's Temple of the Divines is the ancient rectory. The rectory offers refuge from the busy bustle of Solitude Street and has long been used as a residence for administrators of the Imperial Cult in Solitude. Although it has been vacant since the outbreak of Stormcloak Rebellion, it is still a safe, clean, comfortable accommodation, perfect for studying, paperwork and prayer.
It's a very small home, but it's furnished with great care. There are alchemy and enchantment facilities, as well as the Temple of Talmos (which makes up for the lack of it downstairs) but has not yet been discovered by Talmor. See the Solitude Railroad for your forging needs. Place name markers are placed on balconies outside the parish to allow for quick travel.
To find the room, enter Solitude's Temple and go to the first set of stairs on the right. Walk through the area with the two tables and food until you reach the door leading outside. Get the key from the safe and go through the rectory door.
This room is fully navigable, features daytime ambient lighting, a well-rested cushioned bed, several idle tokens for your followers, two safe containers, and three new books from TES IV: Oblivion.
The Chancellor's Chamber is perfect for priests, crusaders, templars, knights, or even thieves or vampires hiding in plain sight.
This is just a small project that I roll out between larger releases. There may be an overhaul of the interior of Raven Rock Temple next, so please be aware of that. As usual, let me know about any missing textures, bugs, etc. in the posts section.

If you're interested, here is an image I loosely based this mod on. I tried to retain a barebones, humble religious aesthetic and not just have an ugly barebones room (we all know the huge power of clutter, lmao). Hope you will find the project successful.

The Rector's Chamber
Hidden away amongst the upper floors of Solitude's Temple of the Divines is the old rectory. Providing refuge from the busy din of Solitude's streets, the rectory was long used as the domicile of the administrator of the Imperial Cult in Solitude. Though it has been vacant since the outbreak of the Stormcloak Rebellion, it remains a safe, clean, and comfortable lodging, perfect for study, clerical work, and prayer.
It is a very small home, but much care has been put in its furnishing. There are alchemy and enchantment facilities, as well as a Shrine of Talos (making up for the lack of it downstairs) yet undiscovered by the Thalmor. For your smithing needs, refer to the Solitude smithy. A map marker has been placed on the balcony just outside the rectory for your fast travel convenience.
To find the chamber, enter the Temple of the Divines in Solitude and go up the first set of the stairs to your right. Go past the area with the two tables and food, until you reach the door leading outside. Grab the key from the strongbox, and head through the rectory door.
The chamber is fully navmeshed, featuring time of …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
