About this mod Machine translation

LN Toybox Skyrim

Official DLC required:

Dawnguard

Hearthfires

Dragonborn

The chest is filled with Septims, lockpicks, "kill everything" weapons and "you can't hurt me" armor. Seriously, you could shoot Alduin in one go with these weapons. I provided a bunch of Daedric arrows for the bow, but you can use any arrows you pick up.

I put three Toyboxes. The first is Helgen Keep; no matter who you choose to follow in Dragon Attack, your execution will be easy to find. If you follow Stormcloak, you'll run straight into the room. He'll tell you to loot the body of another fallen Stormcloak. Instaid looked to the right of the Toybox, beneath the large banner hanging on the wall. If you follow the Imperial Soldier, you enter another door, but you still pass through this room. The second Toybox is located in Riverwood. It rested on a large tree stump near the sawmill. Toy Box Three is located in Whiterun, next to Breezehome.

Important notes:

  • PC users, use the console to lock the Toybox at the "Key required" level [target Toybox, enter "lock 101" (without quotes)]. Xbox or PC owners, empty your Toybox and put anything you're not using into a secure storage box in a player-owned home. During a dragon or vampire attack, especially in Whiterun, I've had nearby NPCs run to the toy chest, grab a bunch of juiced weapons, and join the fight. Trying to find all the weapons and steal them back is a real pain, just think of those weapons in the hands of random NPCs or Gaurds.
  • Protective Amulet A and Protective Ring A should be used with the complete outfit of the attached armor/clothing set [Amulet, Ring, Helmet/Circle, Women/Costume, Gauntlets/Gloves, Boots/Shoes]. Each piece imparts a different buff. However, Amulet of Protection B and Ring of Protection B get the full list of other parts granted and separate them. If you have a favorite other outfit or armor model, you can wear Ring B and Amulet B and whatever else you want and still have all my super buffs.
  • LN Toybox Skyrim is also available for XBox One.

Chest full of Septims, lockpicks, "kill everything" weapons and "you can't hurt me" armor. Seriously, you can one-shot Alduin with these weapons. I've supplied a bunch of Daedric arrows for the bows, but you can use any arrows you pick up.

I've placed three Toyboxes. The first is in Helgen Keep; easy to find no matter who you choose to follow during the dragon attack interrupting your would-be execution. If you follow the Stormcloak, you run straight to the room. He'll tell you to loot the corpse of another fallen Stormcloak. Instaid look to the right for the Toybox under the large banner hanging on the wall. If you follow the Imperial soldier, you enter the keep at a different door, but you still pass through this room. The second Toybox is located in Riverwood. It rests upon a large tree stump near the saw mill. Toybox number three is in Whiterun, next to Breezehome.

Important notes:

  • PC users, use the console to lock the Toybox at level "requires key" [target Toybox, type "lock 101" (no quotes)]. Xbox or PC users, empty the Toybox and put whatever you don't use into a safe storage chest in a player-owned home. During a dragon or vampire attack, especialy in Whiterun, I've had nearby NPCs run to the Toybox, grab an entire stack of juiced-up weapons, and join the battle. It's a real pain to try and find all the weapons and steal them back, and just think about those weapons in the hands of those random NPC's or Gaurds.
  • Protective Amulet A and Ring of Protection A are meant to be worn with a full suit of the included armor/clothing sets [amulet, ring, helm/circlet, curiass/clothing, gauntlets/gloves, boots/shoes]. Each piece grants different buffs. Protective Amulet B and Ring of Protection B, however, take the full list of buffs granted by the other pieces and splits it between them. If yo …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
