This is the Little Papyrus script, no cloak script. Simple.
I did this for a simple face-to-face conversation Kiwami - newer user.

Players will look at the NPC you are talking to.
This mod does not have
Fallout 4 style dialogue.
You need simple face-to-face conversations with Kiwami - updated for this future.
You can choose "The Witcher 3 dialogue style".
Change dialogue color.
You need EZ2C dialogue menu - configurable - for better navigation and control.
Install
Using your favorite mod manager, just activate the esp file.
uninstall
Stop the conversation.
Move it. (Player continues tracking until moved)
Wait at least 10 seconds.
Exit the game and disable the esp file.
