LF small beam bow

Added a less powerful version of the bound bow in Helgen's save.

I love playing Arcane Archer (with a bound bow), but starting a new game without my beloved bound bow feels weird to me.

It's a spell and they can't remove it from your inventory.

That's why I created a small module that simply adds two spells to learn the "Little Binding Bow" -

Once inside the Helgen save, one can be found near a table with Gunjar (Storm side) and another atlas near a table with equipment (Imperial side).

You can only learn this spell from one person, and the other person only sells it for a small amount of gold.

Duration: 80 seconds.

Does not use the Mystic Binding perk (bound weapons deal more damage)

I created a smaller bound bow like this to get a feel for the need to replace it with a regular version of a bound bow.

(Perhaps there is a spell "Principe: The Binding Bow at Whiterun", between the Jorrvaskr, Dragonsage and Talos statues).
