The spells added by this mod will replace any lower level unique items you obtained using higher level versions. You don't need to wait for certain tasks to ensure you get the best version of your project. You can now perform missions at any time and your unique rewards will now stay with you.
This spell will upgrade unique level items to match your current level. You can find the spell to the left of the tribute chest just outside High Hrothgar. Note that when you cast a spell to upgrade to match your current level, the item must be in your inventory, and any player-added enchantments or blacksmith improvements will be lost when you upgrade the item.
Additional Information
Certain unique items are designed to be "level items". This means multiple versions of the item with scaling stats (more damage, more powerful enchantments, etc.). The version you receive depends on your character's level when you obtain the item. Most of these items are quest rewards or found by performing certain tasks. Since you can only receive one version of these unique items, if you happen to complete the quest at a lower level, some of the most interesting items in the game will end up becoming less useful as your character outgrows the lower-level version you received.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Certain unique items are designed as "leveled items." This means that there are multiple versions of the item with scaled stats (more damage, stronger enchants, etc). The version you receive is determined by the level your character is at the time they acquire the item. Most of these items are quest rewards or are found through doing certain quests. Since you can only ever receive one version of these unique items, if you happen to do the quests at lower levels, then some of the most interesting items in the game will eventually become much less useful as your character out-levels the acquired low-level version.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
