About this mod Machine translation

Create a script to write all displays in the museum as JSON objects.

This may not be useful to anyone, but I wanted to share it here just in case. I couldn't get PapyrusUtil to work so I used LOTD log files.

  • Load the game and wait for the script to stabilize (usually takes 30-60 seconds)
  • In older versions of Dragonborn configured MCM, turn on logging.
  • Open the console and type startquest DBM_JSONOut.
  • Wait for the printout to complete, this will take a few minutes. No movement is allowed during this process to prevent you from doing anything stupid.
  • Once the process is complete, exit the game and find the JSON output in the LOTD log file.

6)???

  • Profit.

This is used to generate initial data for Sekhmet13's project tracker application.

Output examples are in the docs tag.

Not suitable for use in normal games, please do not save the game with this plug-in loaded.

  • In the Legacy of the Dragonborn config MCM turn on logging.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
