It just replaces the statues and all shrines based on the god you choose: Akatosh, Arkay, Dibella, Julianos, Kynareth, Mara, Stendarr, Talos or Zenithar.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
