In-Game Tools - Heel Applicator * CBP Physics GUI * Rename NPCs/Objects * Edit Weapons/Armor/Spells * Transform NPC/Player Body * Outfit Copy Paste * Voice Changer * Fast Travel Teleport

TLDR

Various things can be adjusted directly in the game, often requiring Creation Kit work. This is useful if you want to make quick changes, play around with ridiculous tweaks or just do some mod editing testing.

Please note this is mainly a collection of small prototype mini-mods I put together while learning SKSE64 and SkyUI so don't use it on anyone/anyone or save it you can't relax

If you want to see where the man behind the curtain comes from. For those using a log viewer like the SnakeTail filter to "LazyTools" to find relevant output in Papyrus logs.

Require

SKSE64

SkyUI

SkyUILib (recommended for renaming and required for transfer)

XP32 with ECE skeleton (for body editing)

PapyrusUtil SE - LazyCBP, required for CBP Physics setup tweaker

WeaponsEdit

Damage, weight, range, etc. can be adjusted for any weapon, vanilla or modded. All weapons of the same type will be affected, meaning it's possible to make global changes if you think something is too powerful or too weak. It can also use any weapon you want, just power it up as you level up to keep it viable!

ARMOR EDITOR

Works the same as the weapon editor, but also has the option to change the type of a piece of armor or clothing. Don’t want to slay the dragon with anything but your wedding dress? No problem, just change it to heavy armor for an extra boost and increase your armor rating!

SPELL EDITOR

Adjusts the damage of any spell, including spells with multiple effects. Don't you feel hot? Set the duration of the flame to 9999 and leave burning corpses in your wake!

Name edit

Tired of Meeko getting in your way every damn time? Why don't you give him that nickname you call him every time? Or why not give your adopted child or spouse a last name?

body edit

Want to give yourself or an NPC a unique look but don't want to install or create a custom body-covering mod? Use this to make sure it sticks out in all the right (wrong?) places.

Voice editing

Found the perfect follower mod only to find out it has the most annoying sounds? The voice editor can change it to any default vanilla voice for a more pleasant experience. Or if you're curious about what your animal companion would say if they could talk, why not give them a human voice and find out?

HEELSedit

Ended up with a pair of trendy heels, only to find they planted your feet firmly into the ground? Improve yourself with High Heels Editor. Works with NPCs too!

It is strongly recommended to use the standalone version

COPYKIT

The sincerest form of flattery is imitation, so why not just rip off an NPC's gear, including weapons, if you like it? Or do you want to quickly make sure your entourage wears matching outfits? Just copy everything your character is wearing immediately onto them!

TELEPORT

Teleport to any of five custom settings and named locations. Great if you just completed that quest to the center of the earth, save yourself the tedious rewards and instantly recall the quest giver!

set up

Most changes are not permanent, so the mod will store them and reapply them to the game load. This menu will disable this meaning and the changes will be reverted. Don't worry, the registry will not be deleted, so if you change your mind, just enable the module and they will be reapplied again.

Known issues

Heel System - This does not use any looping scripts or cape effects to continuously check the wearer. This makes it very user-friendly, but unfortunately not 100% instant. Therefore, the heel value may not be applied immediately to the player's game load, but delayed until the next update (changing cells, sitting -> standing, etc.).

Body Editor - Do not use this on anyone who has it installed. Requires XP32 skeleton with enhanced character editing support. If changing weight causes the neck seam to reapply settings.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
