Lake Ilyanata near Half Moon Mountain.

This was one of the early houses I built in CK but was never finished.

I've changed it quite a bit and am sharing it as a prototype for another project I'm working on.

It's a place to relax while playing with multiple companions and pets.

Or maybe there's a "pretty boy pose" or a "harem of half-fruited boys" hidden somewhere [evil smile]

Function-Indoor

6 double beds.

Cooking station.

Dining and bar area.

Central swimming pool (automatic undressing)

Independent staff dormitory equipped with 3 double beds.

Function-Outdoor

Smelter, weapons and armor crafting station.

Small vegetable garden.

Toby horse.

2 cows and some hens.

All animals return to the stables in the evening.

Several quiet places to sit and relax.

The patio area overlooks the lake.

NPC's

Each can be turned on/off.

Everyone can be a follower and be married.

The toggle switch is located in the closet in the downstairs bedroom.

(Look to the left, next to the bookshelf.)

Residents are vanilla and will use whatever body and face models you install.

I'm using Hello Santa's SG Female Textures Renewal to smoothen those rough vanilla tips.

Water gap problem

Skyrim SE has a water type/flow mismatch issue.

Personally, I find it annoying to see water and be immersed in it

flow in different directions in adjacent cells.

This fix worked for me.

• Install Mator’s TES5Edit automation tool
• Install azzendix’s Water Fix Script following the instructions provided here.

This script will adjust all water types and add masters to those mods.

Install

1- Create a new save. (Please keep your old safe)

2-Put the archive content into skyrim\data and enable esp

(or use your favorite mod manager)

3-Enjoy...

If this isn't to your liking, simply remove all hidden loot, delete the mod, and make a new save.

Open it in Creation Kit and leave it unencrypted until you're satisfied. Have fun and learn CK at the same time. [grin]

Anything I do/create should be prefixed with LER_ and not overwrite any normal objects.
