Part 1: Major Architectural Changes and Decorations Inside Lakeview Manor,

feature:

Entrance area (front cabin)

Main room features fireplace, bookshelves and dining area

Fully equipped open plan kitchen (relocated to rear hall) and storage room

The real master bedroom without the kids in it

Bard and Steward's Room (Music Room)

  • Windows - No more crypts like your manor.
  • Realistic dynamic lighting (candles off, window lights on during the day).
  • About 80 containers, some customization, no respawns. I also make an effort to inventory every loose ingredient, book, and food item that comes with Vanilla Manor and store them in the appropriate containers.
  • Custom display of unique items: TG collectibles, masks (if improved, they keep stats), black books, scrolls of elders, bio jars, paragon eggs, sacred amulets, daedric artifacts, maps, etc.
  • Display cabinets, wall panels and weapon racks, all working.
  • Holds about 500 books (enough to hold all the books in Skyrim and its DLC).
  • Customizable interactive furniture.
  • Beds for up to 6 adults and 2 children.
  • Appearance change mirror (improved limited showracemenu).
  • Functional bathtub (no automatic undressing).
  • Dynamic food table spawning system.
  • Real calendar (requires SKSE to work).
  • Holy shrine.
  • Static clutter. 99.9% of clutter is static or residual and therefore no longer in that place - that cabbage in the basket - every time you enter the f-house's junk. But please don't yell inside.
  • Bard appearance changes on the fly, just to make him look less annoying, nothing fancy, I'm not a face sculptor.

Part 2:

Remodeling the basement:

Interactive Treasury - as you deposit gold coins, the room decorates itself;

Two display areas, one with mannequins, display cases, wall panels and weapon racks, the other rather unique, customizable display of 6 weapon and armor "sets";

Blacksmith District;

A little secret vampire room;

Collector's Dragon Claws, other TG items, Aetherial items, more Daedric items, Katanas and Blade costumes, treasure maps, and all sorts of weird stuff I thought would be suitable for display. (See the paste post for details.)

Appearance:

Porch Furniture and Decor;

The exterior of the Alchemy Tower was renovated;

Nineteen planting plots;

Garden and animal pen facelift, harvestable apple trees, two additional chicken nests;

Picnic spot by the pond;

Trapdoor to the basement.

Optional files:

LKVM LT02 and LT03 are simple .esps that may be useful for those using lighting modules and/or darker ENBs or those who prefer a brighter interior. They only change Lakeview's interior lighting template and must be placed after any other mods that affect that cell. Select just one of them, using the .gif in the IMAGES tab as a guide.

The LKVM Frostfall Patch heats the bed and water in your bathtub.

LKVM NoGrass removed grass clippings through the house footprint, fences, stairs, stables, etc. to create a stone path around the house and to the Pinewatch.

Require:

Skyrim Special Edition

Optional: SKSE64 (calendar work).

illustrate:

Please read the instructions carefully and follow them. I won't answer questions whose answers are already in the instructions. It may seem long and complicated, but it's not, trust me.

The mod can be installed in the game without issue, but if Lakeview Manor was built before installing it, it will not work properly.

If you choose to construct the exact same wings as the ones used in the mod it will work, but if you've built something inside the house then you'll need to do a lot of disabling/marking for deletion/repositioning, and even then there may be some bugs, so it's best to load a save before touching the house. Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
