The only difference is that instead of using the fire table to enable or disable the trapdoor, you now have to place the trapdoor where you want it.

All you have to do is download this patch along with Bluntax Adventurer's Basement
You can craft the Trapdoors for 4000 gold a piece that's the amount that Bluntax made in the game.
Its an awesome way to use the basement on custom player homes & the Wilderness.
The only difference is now you have to place the trapdoors where you would like instead of using the hearthfire tables to enable them or disable them.
