Hotfix for Skyrim Rowing to enable 2 speeds. .regular and fast boats..Also makes ships buildable and transportable
direction:
Unlocked by purchasing the construction ship at Windhelm Docks from Jerkins. Then make Rowboat on the fake Misc menu.
Rowing boat to Ghost Sea and Solstheim
Place the speedboat and jump in. Enable speedboats by turning the sneak button on and off
Rowing boats are easy to transport and practical. .Visit the Ghost Sea and explore faster!

Directions:
Buy the Build Boat Unlock At Windhelm Docks From Jerkins.. Then Craft The Rowboat at the forge Misc menu..Take the
rowboat to the Sea Of Ghosts & Solstheim
Place boat & hop in.. Speed boat is enabled by pressing the sneak button on & off
The rowboat is transportable & more practical.. Cruise the Sea Of Ghost & explore faster!
