introduce
The initial cry of "Dragonrend" only causes the Dragons to land safely when they feel them
You haven't flown and flown away so far that you don't have time to chase it. Also, this shouting didn't seem to work at all when the dragon kept flying away, but not anymore.
This mod improves the use and effects of the "Dragonrend" shout, while fixing some existing issues with this shout.
(I took the effect from my first mod called KS Dragon Overhaul 2 (KSDO2) and fixed it to make it a standlone mod)

changes and fixes
- In the original effect of "Dragonrend", the dragon would be staggered at the moment it was hit by this shout, but now it will become more powerful, so that the dragon will be paralyzed after being hit by "Dragonrend".
- Next, the dragon takes a while to land and causes the "Dragon King" effect to expire a few moments after it lands. Of course this is also changed and fixed now that the dragon no longer does a slow landing but instead it will fall quickly with the added position of the "Dragon King" effect being longer.
- When Dragon is affected by "Dragonrend" 68% health, there is another additional effect, a chance for it to hit the ground instead of landing quickly, this only works if the dragon is outside the city (the city has enough space to crash land).
- There also seemed to be a huge problem in the original "Dragonrend" where the dragon completely ignored the shout and kept flying. Well now it's been fixed and now the dragon no longer does that thing and will continue to ground until the shout effect expires.
- Finally, to address the issue with dragons sometimes they keep flying and fly away (i.e. running away from the fight). I don't know if this question actually solves the problem, but here we are. The "Dragonrend" effect is now on the dragon whenever it wants to leave combat, and when the dragon is out of range of the player, the shout effect will be completely removed from the dragon and allow the dragon to return to the player after it returns
That.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
