As many people may or may not know, I'm a member of New Zealand Farm, the infamous forum for mocking internet weirdos, and you do get a bit of a ruckus even there, but that's fair enough if they're really down to play favorites.

Regardless, I love that place and I wanted to give something back for the fun I had there, so this is for all the DovahKiwis out there who want some forums for their games.

This is a free shield they accept at the Riverwood Sleeping Giant Inn, with the Kiwi Farms logo on it. This is a basic iron shield, so it's by no means OP, and while I tried to make sure the textures looked good (they were upgraded to 1K and cleaned up a bit, but given my talent I wanted it to look good), there's no guarantee this is a great mod, but I can confirm it works.

Also, to avoid it clogging up precious mod space, I converted the esp to an ESL file, which should help those who don't want to exceed the ESP limit.

This mod uses the following mods as a base:

Hannes821 has been very gracious and allows his mod to be used as a model base as long as he is credited, and if you like the design of his mod you should try his work, but uninstall my mod first, they use the same directory structure.

I would also like to thank Null, the website founder of Kiwi Farms. Since his website logo is a trademarked logo, he gave me the green light to use for this mod.

As many may or may not be aware, I'm a member of the Kiwi Farms, that infamous forum for mocking internet weirdos, and yours truly has even gotten razzed there a little, but that's fair enough, I'd be disappointed if they played favorites.

Regardless, I love that place, and I wanted to give a little something back in appreciation for the fun I've had there, hence this present for all the DovahKiwis who want a little of the forums in their game.

It's a free shield they can pick up in the Riverwood Sleeping Giant Inn, emblazoned with the Kiwi Farms logo. It's a basic iron shield, so it's not OP by any means, and while I tried to make sure the textures would look good (they were upscaled to 1K and given some cleanup, should hopefully look decent given my thimbleful of talent), I make no guarantees this is a great mod, but I can confirm it works.

Also, to avoid having it clog up valuable mod space, I converted the esp to an ESL file, this should help with people not wanting to exceed the ESP limits.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
