(Special thanks to the authors: InsanitySorrow and Converter: sa547 for all their work. This mod can only exist because of them.)
Update: The implementation of Tantos was made by interleaving and sound detection (not standard for dagger), so I removed both. They are now silent and do not cause staggering.
Sorajak: The original Dai-Katana (Hands) was created using One-Handed mesh and data. I've now updated the mesh and data to more accurately represent a formidable two-handed weapon. Example: Total weapon size increased by 20%. Raw range, speed, stagger, and critical damage are the same as one-handed weapons. Increased from 1 to 1.2 (1 unit shorter than Skyrim Greatsword) Speed reduced from 1 to .8 (1 unit faster than Skyrim Greatsword). Stagger and Crit Damage are now updated to Skyrim Greatswords.
Additionally: Katanas has a raw damage value of 15 (equal to Dragon Bones), while Dai-Katanas and Tantos have 18 and 6 respectively (equal to Orcs). I brought all damage values (including critical hits) to match the Dragon Bone values.
Note: I added a small Ivory Dragon emblem "stitched" to the leather wrapping of the Dai-Katana scabbard. Just an extra touch to give it that iconic Skyrim feel. (If people don't like it I can add a version without the badge.)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
