Well, yeah, the short description pretty much sums it up, basically it just makes all the boots and gloves invisible and you still get the armor from them. If this mod is done well enough I may try it
Updated it to make barefoot sounds etc. This is my first mod, so installing it might be a little strange. If the mod doesn't work please let me know so I can remove it and fix it.
Installation: Use winrar to copy the esp file and paste it into the Data folder. Launch the game and in the Skyrim Special Edition main menu click on mods then press T, this will open your /load orders, scroll down until you can't find shoes or gauntlets.esp. Then click Enable. It should install.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
