About this mod Machine translation
This plugin adds an abandoned house on the road outside Helgen (just follow Alduin). It's a house with very simple basics: a place to sleep, cook and keep your loot until you're ready to move to a better place :)
Have you ever started playing a game and wanted a place to store your gear without having to join a faction or befriend an NPC?
Do you want to play a lone hunter living outside the city, but don't want to buy a Hearthfire house?
I covered it for you :D
This is a simple mod (single .esp file) that will add a small public house to the area outside Helgen.
There's nothing special about this house, other than being a very basic home with just enough stuff to be role-played as a nobody. Not even a production workstation :D
What you will get:
1 bed, 2 chests, 1 cupboard, 1 dining table, 4 weapon racks, 1 cooking pot, 1 table with 2 chairs, and most importantly, a place to call home until you have enough gold to buy and/or build your own house :d
Containers don't respawn, so your loot should be safe :3
The house is Navmeshed and fully compatible with followers and NPCs (see picture)
Install
Download and install using your preferred mod manager.
Either
Put the .esp into the Data folder (seriously, use a mod manager for your mods).

This is the first mod I uploaded to. It's been a while since I learned how to use Creation Kit. If you see anything inappropriate please let me know in the comments.
I only tested with vanilla Skyrim SE and found no issues, if you find any conflicts or bugs please let me know again.
Yes, I know, there are plenty of better home modifications out there.
But if you're like me, you probably don't want a fully equipped house as your starting character.
I spent hours browsing looking for a cozy house to call my own until my non-adventurer PC got enough money to get a real house, and didn't find what I was looking for.
The house also has its own story.
I haven't received any letters or journals yet, but the idea is that this house once belonged to someone who happened to be in Helgen when the dragons attacked, so you know they won't be coming back.
I may add some in the future, as well as other features inside.
If you want a mod and want to make suggestions or give me advice, you are welcome to do so :D
If you like this mod, please recommend it to your friends! ;)
If you don't like it, recommend it to your enemies! :d
Thank you for coming! Happy hunting!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
