-This mod was specifically created so that it can be added to the game no matter where you are in the college questline. All you have to do is enter the Hall of Elements Rotunda to trigger the Student Quest. Quests will check your college quest progress and disable and enable objects and NPCs based on how far you are in the quest line and the quests you've completed. It even works if you've completed the College Quest series!
What this does:
-Add 6 new students based on your position in the university quest line, including main quests and university side quests. Two of the students were followers.
-Added a secure locker to the player's college room.
-Disable or move numerous barrels, sacks, and other messy debris throughout the college.
-Added cooking pots to quarters. Students are now trusted enough to cook food in the dining area.
-Tilting your head away from the dining area.
-Added decorations and idle markers to the Memorial Hall and Hall of Achievement to improve the feel of the law school.
- Add personalized decorations to the rooms of each person living in the university, including adding some shrines and rebirth virtual items.
-Added new seating and study areas to Arcaneum, including unused markers and books.
- Remove all traces of food and drink from Arcana. I doubt a librarian telling you that he would hurt your books out of anger, have you torn to shreds by angry astronauts, and be able to drink nearby?
-Moving around some plants and trees on the university campus and adding seating. I tried to make the shrubs and trees more symmetrical so that they would look like a proper garden around the walkway in winter.
-Added a collision block around the trees near the auditorium to prevent NPCs from trying to pass through them due to the navmesh beneath them.
-Added various idle markers within the university campus to facilitate NPC sandbox operations in the area.
- Much more!
What this can't do:
-Change Winterhold Academy quest line or any other quest line.
-Change any Winterhold NPC academy.
-Change any lighting.
-Change any navigation mesh.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
