This is a brand new, highly detailed remaster of the Barenziah Crown and Barenziah Stone.
Looks will definitely vary based on lighting/ENB/non-ENB setup.
What this mod includes:
New "Crown of Valencia" mesh/texture
New "Unusual Gems" meshes/textures
No.ESP!
Don't optimize textures!
Install:
Vortex/NMM or manual extraction to skyrim/data
NOTE: This file must overwrite any existing files!

Answer: Probably not. Mods that create new static meshes from these two items need to be patched.
