About this mod Machine translation
This is a preset I made using Jon Snow, one of my favorite Game of Thrones characters.
This is my first upload, I'm proud of it and I want to share it with the world.
I use the makeup I recommend to make him look the way he does. I made him a Breton.
NOTE: This hair is from KS Hairdo’s SSE hair pack, but it is a women’s exclusive as it comes in the pack. I used SSE Edit to convert the hairstyle and hairstyle to the male character.
Install:
Copy and paste File/My Games/Skyrim Special Edition/CME_SAVE
Open the game and select slot 4 on the preset options.
How to wear this hairstyle on Jon Snow:
Make sure KS Hairdo's SSE is installed and running correctly in the game.
Open SSE editor
Uncheck everything in the Main/Plug-in selection box except Skyrim.esm and KS Hairdo’s.esp and click OK
After loading the file, click + to go to KS Hairdo’s.p (especially the one in the left hand box)
Click on "Head Section"
Find '0FoamSummerHL' and '0FoamSummerHL' by pasting '0203b4f4' into the Forid search bar at the top of the box
Start by clicking on 0foamSummerHL, then right-click on "Playable, Female, Are Extras" under Data - a flag and warning will appear, proceed when prompted.
Uncheck the "Female" checkbox, check "Male" and don't change anything else.
Now click on 0FoamSumm and repeat the steps. There will be no extra flags, just change from female to male, nothing changes
Below what you just did you will find a line that says [HDPT:02015C9F]', right click and edit it, replace 'OPEP_MARYS' [HDPT:020151DA]' with '0_HERLLINE_MAL_HANY_CurlyScalp'
Exit SSE editing now
Now you can use this hairstyle on him!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
