describe
I've always been a fan of ETaC, even though I've been helping Javier with JK's Skyrim for over 4 years. I like the way Jenna takes to her town and mini-quests and expresses the NPCs she includes. Tinkering with both modes should be straightforward, but I don't want to break the atmosphere and peaceful quality her transformation gives the village. This mode is another way to remove conflicting towns from JK's Skyrim to create space for ETaC villages so that both modes can coexist harmoniously.
To support this mod I have created patches to use this specific mod combination. These patches combine patched elements from both overhauls into a unified patch. You only need one patch, so remember to disable/remove any redundant patches you have replaced.
Install
Install JK's Skyrim and ETaC Complete from their respective mod pages.
Download and install JK's Skyrim Replacer.esp from this mod page.
Install the required compatibility patches from this mod page.
Be sure to disable any redundant compatibility patches that you no longer need (see instructions below).
compatibility
The following patches are specific to this mod combination.
You don't need the individual patches from JK's Skyrim or ETaC mod pages when using these patches.
You only need one patch, so be sure to disable any patches you've downloaded from JK's Skyrim or ETaC.
All patches are .esp/ESL tagged files and do not take up a spot in your load order.
Blow in the Wind - Eliminates any floating lanterns and adds blowing functionality to all JKS and ETaC lanterns and signs.
Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul - Fixed Dawnstar, Morthal and Ivarstead clippings.
Holidays - Fixed clipping decorations and added new decorations for JKS and ETaC buildings and structures.
No snow under roofs - Added snow roofs and pathways for Snownstar, Winterhold and Morthal.
Load order
Patches come after patches. If in doubt, just use LOOT.
If you are using MO2, make sure JK's Skyrim replacement file is located under JK's Skyrim mod in the left pane.

Description
I've always been a fan of ETaC even though I have helped Javier with JK's Skyrim for more than 4 years now. I like the approach Jenna takes to her towns and the mini quests and voiced NPCs that she includes. It would have been straightforward to patch the two mods but I didn't want to break the ambience and peaceful quality that her overhauls give to the villages. This mod is the alternative approach, removing the conflicting towns from JK's Skyrim to create space for the ETaC villages so the two mods can co-exist in harmony.
To support this mod I've created patches to work with this specific mod combination. These patches combine patched elements of both overhauls into a single unified patch. You only need one patch so remember to disable / remove any redundant patches that have been replaced.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
