About this mod Machine translation
Patch for interesting NPCs and Empire-Skyrim races.
The purpose of this fix is to scale negative health offsets. Interesting NPCs Grant certain NPCs the modifier value of Imperious. If left unchecked, some new NPCs will have negative hit points and will die on death. 40 NPCs identified and adjusted.
There already exists a great mod for this bug by Murielkai, linked here, which fixes the issue for all mods by restoring certain races of Imperious's health to their original values. I personally wanted to keep the health value of Imperious, so I made this patch myself. The main difference between this patch and the Murielkai patch is that only NPCs I'm sure will be affected compared to the entire race.
The plugin is an .esp tagged esl, so it won't take up any extra space in the load order. Make sure to load after 3DNPC.esp. Technically, "Empire" isn't a requirement (not "Master"), but it makes no sense without it.
In my testing, a new game was required for the patch to take effect.

This purpose of this patch is to scale the negative health offset Interesting NPC's gives some of it's NPC's to Imperious' modified values. If left alone, some of the new NPC's will spawn with negative health and will be effectively dead on spawn. 40 NPC's were identified and adjusted.
There's already a great mod out there for this bug by Murielkai, linked here, that fixes this trouble for all mods by reverting Imperious' health on certain races to vanilla values. I personally wanted to keep Imperious' health values, so I made this patch for myself. A major difference between this patch and Murielkai's is that only the NPC's that I've identified will be affected, vs the entire race group.
The plugin is an.esp flagged as esl, so it won't take any extra space in your load order. Be sure to load after 3DNPC.esp. Imperious isn't technically a requirement (not a Master), but there's no point to this without it.
In my testing, a new game was required to have the patch take effect.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
