Instructions/Instructions
So you have those adorable fans and you want to treat them, make them look nice, give them a little lesson and self-respect (unfortunately, no one seems to have created a Porsche 918 Spyder mod, so they'll just have to do that)!
But when you download Immersive Jewelry, you'll find that finding the ingredients for all the beautiful jewelry is always a quest!
Then you get tired of finding the console codes for all the ingredients! To me, it's soul destroying. If you like the immersion of finding these ingredients, ignore this mod!
Now you can add all the ingredients to craft jewelry by entering a console command (once you've edited the text file to account for your load order) - perfect for when you've played Skyrim SE multiple times and you just want to live a simple life! Or if you use a mod manager to set up multiple profiles and want to progress quickly.
IMPORTANT - You need to change some of the project code in the text file "iiji.txt" to fit your load order (especially those starting with 10). Alternatively, if you are using a mod organizer, you will have to change the mod index number for Immersive Jewelry so that it matches my code. Remember, this is hexadecimal, not decimal. If you use multiple profiles, you need to set the mod index number for Immersive Jewelry for each profile, otherwise the code will be different.
For me, the Immersive Jewelry code starts with 10 - so all the 8-digit codes in the last part of the text file IIJI.txt start with 10. You need to edit this text file and change these 8 digit codes to be in the correct numbers (maybe make it a 7 digit number if yours is below 10)! Only the 5 or 6 digit codes are the original vanilla codes (or dlc codes) and they remain the same in Immersive Jewelry, so you don't need to change those. To find the correct number, go into the console and type help "Gold Bullion" and check what the item code is. My code is 10CC39C8 - yours may be 24CC39C8. Note that the last six digits are the same - then you just change all the 8-digit codes to start with 24 instead of 10 (this will depend on your starting digits). Do not select "Replace All" because the number 10 will not always appear at the beginning of the project code! I recommend backing up IIJI.txt just in case you make a mistake.
I realize this is hard work, but it's a lot easier than finding all the code yourself! I've provided a framework for you - the files I've provided need to be edited to fit your installation! It's much easier to change these codes in a text file than to get perks or find the codes yourself.
The whole process takes about 5 minutes. There are additional instructions in the text file to help you.
One final note - if you use multiple profiles in the mod organizer, you must make sure that Immersive Jewelry always has the same mod index number. If it's 4C in one profile and 27 in another, the code will be different when you play the game.
A slight warning - there are thousands of ingredients, many of which will never be used. You can edit the text file to suit your preference, just add the ingredients you want. But it will be hard work! I've added enough ingredients to make 3 pieces (I think) of the immersive jewelry.
If you have extra ingredients, you can simply discard them, sell them to a merchant and use the money to train in various skill trees, buy whatever you want, or even invest …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
