I will not support this version with bugs or suggestions as these are beyond my capabilities and this is a simple conversion. Please bring any such questions to the original mods page as the creator is still active and should be able to assist you. I will only update this mod to stay up to date with the original version, assuming the creator hasn't ported it to SSE itself.
The images are from the original Oldrim mod, if the foliage or terrain doesn't look like what you expect from SSE, this is why.
Please support the original creator at the link below, all I did was port thismod to SSE. This mod has been ported with the permissions stated in the original mods description.
Q: How can I immediately test if this works for me? The original mod only lists the location as "Cave".
A: You can find a few different ones outside Whiterun near the watchtower.
Q: So you really won't change the original mod in any way?
Answer: Other than optimizing the SSE model, no.
Q: What would happen if a creator transplanted themselves into themselves?
A: I'll mark this as redundant and link to the new SSE port in the instructions. Any future mods referencing files in this port will still be ported by the original creator.
Q: Why is this marked "VR Compatible"? What is VR related?
A: It adds new creatures to the game without any interference with VR. If anything marking it as VR compatible is redundant as any mod not related to armor or weapons should automatically be VR
compatible. Please tell me if I'm wrong, I don't have my own VR headset to test with.

A: You can find several different ones in the field immediately outside Whiterun, near the watchtower.

A: Aside from optimizing the models for SSE, no.
Q: What will happen to this mod if the creator ports it over themselves?
A: I will mark it as redundant and link to the new SSE port in the description. Any future mods referencing files in this port would still function with a port by the original creator.
Q: Why is this marked "VR compatible"? What is VR related about this?
A: It adds new creatures to the game, nothing about that interferes with VR. If anything marking it VR compatible is redundant since any mod thatisn't armor or weapons related should automatically be VR
compatible. If I am wrong please tell me, I don't own a VR headset to test.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
