About this mod Machine translation
A simple, asset-free overhaul of all vanilla and Dragonborn player houses.
This is a consolidated version of my house improvement collection. It's intended to make all player homes more useful and follower-friendly, while staying close to their vanilla look and concept.
-All upgrade flags are preserved, so you have to buy furniture like vanilla.
-No mess pinned to the ground: if you see it, you can grab it.
Since the Proudspire Manor comes in two versions - with 2 or 4 beds for the kids - I also made two spares combined. Note: I don't do multiple adoption versions of the other houses because they don't have enough space.

What I edited:
- All beds converted from regular beds to upper beds - simple but no hay involved
-The Alchemy Bench was moved upstairs when you bought the kids' beds - it's a perfect handmade bench, why would you throw it away?
-A stove, butter stirrer and hot pot oil drum have been added to the kitchen.
-Added several containers
-Upstairs you will find a small bed so you can have guests without kicking Lydia out
Note - I did not add a wizard because I wanted to keep the concept of the Blaze home as a simple starting home. If you want to make this your long-term home and are tired of walking all the way to Agave, the Easy Bruiser House Charming Table seems to work just fine (I have Horizon Dawn so I use one of my new neighbors).

What I edited:
-Oven and butter churned from hellfire
-Honey and Black-Briamed
-Iona now has a better bed
- A new room for the followers (you place the furniture with your own)
-When you buy a kid's bedroom, the magician is moved under the stairs (a little cramped, but why would you throw it away?)
-The ingredients have been moved from the shelves to the cupboard near the alchemy station
-Some extra containers, including a safe in your bedroom
-Regular maintenance of the blade grinding wheel

What I edited:
-Added oven and butter stirring in kitchen
- Get a better bed for the house
- Added an entourage bed to the armory (this was purchased with the master bedroom)
-A few more rugs and furs to warm the place up a bit
-Added some storage bags to the lab (I didn't edit the vanilla shelves because that room is unique)
Prudential Speyer Manor
What I edited:
-Add HF oven, butter stirrer and mead bucket
-Give Jodis a better bed
- Two additional rooms for followers (one in the basement and one on the first floor; you can get them when you buy the bedroom)
-Alchemy and magic facilities are now in the same area, with some additional storage. You still have to buy them separately.
- When you buy Charming furniture, you get some basic crafting equipment (just some repairman stations - this is a little DIY corner in a noble house, not a Skyforf).
-Large table in the kitchen
Optional: If you choose 4 beds, there are more beds for children. It requires high-frequency multi-adoption in order to work (although you don't need to cast "Carefree Home"). The beds are spaced far enough apart for all 4 kids to use the beds (sometimes they misbehave, just give them some time).

What I edited:
-Add oven and butter and stir
- Move the pot from the bedroom to the dining room/kitchen where it belongs
- Better beds for housewives and children
-Add some storage rooms in the laboratory
- The Alchemy Laboratory is housed in the charming room when you purchase the children's bedroom
- Cots for guests (I can't match the new room anywhere, but at least your entourage won't be sleeping on the floor)
-Curtains were added to the sleeping area (they look like city banners, so their appearance depends on whichever retex you use; in the photo you see mine with the imprint of the sky)
Severin Manor
What I edited:
-Add oven and butter and stir
-a few extra chairs
-Removed most of the hay and wood piles at the entrance--this was the home of a noble family, not a stable!
-Add some storage in charming corner
- Guest rooms now have room for two people (if you don't like it being di …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
