Descrition：
Protect all unique NPCs, including some pets. No changes will be made to other NPCs or NPCs killed by game events. NPCs set to protected/essential or respawn by default are not included. No changes will be made for children or fans.
Requirements and compatibility:
USSEP is required, no exceptions are made.
All plugins are esp lite plugins (esp files are labeled esl).
Arthmoor's Cutting Room Floor includes a patch.
This mod will conflict with any mod that changes NPC records. The "protected" flag must be forwarded to any conflict resolution patches you create.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
