Immersive weight-bearing spell

Simple MOD that adds 5 new spells to increase the player's load-bearing capacity.

This mod was created primarily for the PS4 version of Skyrim Special Edition at the request of FluentSarcasmGal.

I know there are better, more complex and/or more interesting mods on Nexusmod that do the same thing.

I personally use some of these in the PC version of Skyrim SE.

This mod adds 5 new spells (and corresponding spell tomes) to the Alternation class to increase player carry weight. They are inspired by The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

The mod is available for PC, PS4 and Xbox.

Elsway Swallow

Skill level: Novice

Size: +50 load capacity

Duration: 200 seconds

lighten the burden

Skill level: Apprentice

Size: +120 load capacity

Duration: 240 seconds

reduce load

Skill Level: Proficient

Size: +240 load capacity

Duration: 300 seconds

Mule

Skill level: Expert

Size: +360 load capacity

Duration: 360 seconds

beast of burden

Skill Level: Master's

Size: +600 load capacity

Duration: 600 seconds

Spells can be purchased from vendors throughout Skyrim or found in the specific locations mentioned below.

Elsweyr Swallow – The Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood, located on top of the barrel in the corner of the building on the right side of the entrance

Easily Affordable – On the Court Wizard’s table in Dragonsreach in Whiterun

Lighten the Load – In Riften’s Ratway, placed inside the basket in the circular room, the ax is located below the Riften Market well

Pack Mule – Located in the Lonely Blue Palace, on the upper level of the throne room, on top of the cabinet on the balcony to the right above the entrance

Beast of Burden – In the middle area below the Academy of Winterhold, on the box containing the lantern, on the stairs to the left of the room before Atronach Forge

Install

This is a simple mod that only works with ESP, so it can be installed manually or using a mod manager at any time.

You can choose between two versions - ESP (recommended) and ESL.

Upgrading from ESP to ESL

Project ID changes when updating from ESP to ESL version. You will need to collect the items added by this mod again.

Uninstall

Just remove the ESP or use your Mod Manager to uninstall the mod.

conflict

I have no idea.

However, be aware of mods that change the locations listed above. Those may or may not make the spell book impossible to find.
