Overhaul some of the weapons added by Immersive Weapons. Changes listed below:

Additionally, I edited the elemental staves added by the mod so they now apply slightly enhanced expert level single target spells such as Incinerate and have all destruction related perks applied. However, for balance purposes, I also removed the initial secondary effects (paralysis, knockdown, or freezing) of these staves. Once you have the Orc Forge or Advanced Armor perk, you can also craft them at the Forge.
