Immersive Thieves Guild Hideout

Hello and welcome. For as long as I can remember I've always thought Skyrim's Thieves Guild was lacking compared to Oblivion or Morrowind. The missions in Skyrim are just repetitive, they're all wearing that silly armor, and their hideout is a short walk from the Market Square. Mjoll and some mercenaries may have discovered them a long time ago or even some of the non-corrupt guards. There are a lot of mods to fix quests and gear but it doesn't (at least I find it doesn't) fix the ridiculous amount of hiding places out there. This mod aims to do that in a very friendly and immersive way.
describe
This mod changes how you access Ragged Flagon, and it comes in two different versions. First up, Light Version'' You'll still enter the RatWay through the usual doorways but you'll have to traverse all the Ratways and Warrens in a completely different order, as well as through some newly placed doors.
The second version is what I call the "Hardcore" version, the one I personally use and which seems to be the most immersive. In this version, the usual way of entrance is just a collapsed sewer, and you have 2 options to enter the Ratway. It's through Riften Prison and The Second through the sewage grate outside the city (check screenshot for location). I made this so you could actually roleplay what kind of test ''Brynjolf would make you pass.
The whole way I have modified it so you have to explore all the Ratways and Warrens I have set some traps and many doors are locked with Adept level or higher.
Additional Information
This is the first pattern I've made that I think is good enough and more importantly important enough to upload online. I have limited experience with CK and have made some adaptations for myself. If you want me to change something or add something leave a comment and I'll try to see if I can.
If you like the mod consider spreading the word, supporting the mod or anything to help spread the word. I'm very grateful
Also, you have permission to use this mod however you want (re-upload it with modifications uploaded elsewhere, I don't care) just give me a little credit by mentioning my name as the original creator, at all.
Future plans: I will try to modify many of the "immersive" aspects of Skyrim, I can't find mods for modding
My next point will be Sanctuary of the Dark Brotherhood. I wanted them to be a real secret location like it was in Oblivion.
Mod suggestions
You don't need this mod just the Skyrim Special Edition of my mod, but it really makes Thieves Guild better if you have them in your load order.
Rich Thieves Guild: As you enter the Thieves quest line, more and more new things will be added to the flagon, and there will be more interactions between NPCs. Much better than vainlla
All Thieves Guild Jobs Simultaneously: With this mode you get all jobs for Vex and Delvin at once, so you can get the 5 jobs you need for each job faster. In my experience I will always take all the jobs and then do 1 main quest for the guild so that by the end I have all the cities completed and the guild completed.
Don’t walk at night: This is a must-have mode for me. The title says it all
Install
Use the mod manager of your choice and install it or if you just want to place the .esp file in the Data folder and activate it.

This video is a SPOILER of MOD. It shows in detail what I have added by modifying all the traps, doors, creatures, etc.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
