2974/5000 what?
Small patch that causes Skyrim water fountains to return full Alchemy and Culinary Overhaul (CACO) water.
How about it?
design concept
Skyline water dispensers offer an immersive way to get water. When used with CACO, this mod makes water items consistent. This, in turn, allows CACO and mods that utilize it (such as CAW's iWant RND) to own another world's water source
in game
Activating any fountain added to the Skyrim Drinking Fountain will return a full (8/8) jug of water from CACO. There is no limit to the number of items that can be purchased. There is no need to have an empty container available.
This plugin contains known identical master (ITM) records from CACO. This is a test entry provided by CACO, this mod has no gameplay features. What it does is prevent CACO from being removed as the main object when you clean this mod using xEdit. I'm not sure why, but CACO's base Jug of Water project seems to be injected backwards (Plugin ID: 01), rather than appearing to originate from the plugin itself (Plugin ID: xx).

compatibility
Should be used with any modifications that do not alter the drinker.
Specifically, Skyrim's Watercooler for SSE-RND patch overwrites the same activator and is incompatible. This iWant RND is not required and should not be used if you are using it for CACO.
Why?
This is a great idea and very simple! NekoSayuri asked about water sources at the iWant RND at the CAW Symposium. They mentioned Skyrim's Watercooler, which led me to take a look at mods I've used in RND before. After a quick look at what's involved, it's obvious that updating it to work with iWant RND for CACO is very easy.
Although I was originally going to include it as an optional add-on for iWant RND for CACO, I realized it really has nothing to do with that mod or even RND. This is just one way to get CACO water from Skyline water dispensers. Since there are no dependencies, there's no reason other than my own laziness not to build a separate mod for the job. Separate use also allows people who use CACO but not RND to reap the benefits.
On a related note, this lack of dependency is exactly why I designed iWant RND for CACO in this way. It was a nice surprise when I realized it worked really well in this situation.
when?
This project was originally developed in April 2020.
potential improvements
test! I've done some, but I'm one of many of you. Please test and log any bugs you find.
If anyone can explain the Jug of Water form ID anomaly in CACO (which is nowhere near a unique record in the CACO plugin), and/or more importantly, how to prevent xEdit from dropping the host if the ITM is incorrect, please get rid of the ITM record. Not there.

A small patch to cause Drinking Fountains of Skyrim to return Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul (CACO) water.
How?
Design philosophy
Drinking Fountains of Skyrim provides an immersive way to obtain water. This mod allows for water item consistency when used with CACO. This in-turn allows CACO and mods that leverage it, like iWant RND for CACO, to have another source of in-world water

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
