Add a small house with a farm to the area south of Rorikstead or north of Swindler's Den

Ever wanted to have a quiet farmer's life in Skyrim?

Do you wish you had a cozy place where you could grow your own food away from the city?

Then "Humble Houses - Farmer" is your best choice! :d

"Humble Houses" (HH for short) is a series of player house modes focused on humble role-playing.

Each house in the series has some furniture, but not too many crafting stations.

All the assets were vanilla at the time, so they blended in nicely.

HH will not remove vanilla items from the world. Anything in the way will be moved and hidden.

Most containers are custom made, some are made from vanilla, and have custom labels to help you categorize your items.

Humble Houses (esp only) are safe to use in Skyrim Legend Edition (Oldrim).

Humble House - The Peasant is the peasant version of "Humble House".

It added a small farmhouse with some crops and a small stable.

You can choose from 2 different options.

Main profile: Area south of Rorikstead, by the roadside.

Optional File: The area north of Swindler's Den (a quiet but not entirely safe area).

This is a comfortable place to live and enjoy country life.

There are no crafting stations. You just have a bed, different containers and a cooking pot.

Houses are fully navmesh and compatible with followers.

There is also an "esp tagged esl" version.

Install

Download and install using your preferred mod manager.

Either

Put the .esp into the Data folder (seriously, use a mod manager for your mods).

uninstall

• Take all your items and followers out of the house (if you leave anything behind, you will lose it)
• Go to another interior unit (any interior will do, but avoid exteriors to be safe) and make a new save.
• Use mod manager to disable or remove esp from data folder (without adding other files).
• Load your save, you will receive a message "Only House.esp is missing", click yes and load.
• If your game has no issues, you're good to go :)

You can safely uninstall at any time as long as you are not inside the house.
