Getting dirty after days of adventuring and fighting? Need to recharge and relax over a nice sunny sundae? If you own Lakeview Manor, this mod will add a luxurious pool and hot tub with views of Lake Iinalta without having to go swimming in the lake!

Backstory:

The idea came to me when I was making my first model because my previous character had Lakeview. As the lake beckons, she enjoys swimming, but it's an unpleasantly cautious walk to the shore and then be wary of some incoming nostrils, which can get ugly in the water.

Another idea for this mod... After I saw many mods made for Breezehome, dozens of mods made for Hjerim, Vlindrel Hall, and several mods for Honeyside and Proudspire, I started looking at the new Heartfire home (tried them all, but Lakeview Manor became my favorite of the three). So what I'm trying to do is satisfy a need that, despite the estate's obvious wealth and size, does exist now, and that's really what's missing and the real reward. :)

By the way, it's a tedious job when there are several huge static objects (rocks and mountains) down there, and I have to be very careful when going around it (so I have to do a manual backup before saving, since CK doesn't have much space) with practical restores, emergency backups and a proper undo system - but reloading CK when major editing problems arise is tedious).

Mod includes the following:

Heated pool and bathtub with automatic trip device, re-equip only for followers and other NPCs

NPC idle mark

Outdoor kitchen and dining area

Garden with 30 arable fields

Alchemy and Enchanting Table

Proper ambient lighting

Boat Shed (formerly the Necromancer's Altar)

Some shade trees after clearing out overly large trees

Correct patrol path

Frost Compatible

Bathtub heating control

Check and clean edit and test with TES5

Install:

Enter any internal space and save game

Install this mod using any Mod Manager or manually extract and copy

Uninstall:

Remove all items from storage bins

Enter any internal space and save game

Exit Skyrim and uninstall this mod

Compatibility Note:

Other modules that modify Lakeview, specifically navigation meshes or modules that add more clutter to cause clipping, may not work with this module.
