feature
Conditional fast travel; disables fast travel when not on horseback, at night, not on the side of the road, etc. - see screenshot.
Conditional waiting.
Event-based, dynamic, performance-friendly implementation of scripts - no scripts running in the background.
Uninstall safely.
Reliable - Fast travel won't suddenly start/stop working due to underlying scripts.
Everything is fully configurable in the MCM menu.

compatibility
Reported issue when using gamepad, wait module does not work as expected. Now, if you use a gamepad, just enable the wait module in MCM.
uninstall
Disable mods in MCM menu.
Save and delete the esp file.
Finish. Alternatively, you can disable the module completely in the MCM and just leave it in the load order without running any scripts and not listening to any events.
What makes this mod unique
Every other mod I've come across that attempts to implement conditional fast travel has scripts running in the background, dragging down performance or even not working all the time. The problem is that these mods use the built-in game in parameter variables to disable fast travel at runtime. This variable is reset frequently, such as when exiting a menu or closing the world map. This means that players at these times will be able to fast travel even though it should be disabled. The simple solution is to run the condition check script when the map menu is opened, rather than at intervals.

Reported issues when using a gamepad that the wait module doesn't work as intended. For now simply do not enable the Wait Module in the MCM if you use a gamepad.
Uninstallation
Disable the mod in the MCM menu.
Make a save and remove the esp-file.
Done. Optionally, you can just disable the mod entirely in the MCM and just leave it in your load order, no scripts are running and no events are listened for.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
