Hobo Robes

Get ready to survive in Skyrim. Hobo Robes allows you to craft beggar robes and armored versions using immersive crafting mechanics.

Want to role play as a beggar? Is there a Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood contract you feel should be integrated with Skyrim's homeless community? Are you a risk-taker who took too many arrows to his knees, developed a skooma problem, and got stuck? Have you caught Faendal with your wife and tried to drown your worries in Nord Mead? Maybe you're just a dirty bag. Either way, this mod might work for you. I highly recommend using a mod that allows you to beg, such as Becoming a Beggar by MimiTheAlchemist, if you want a hobo roleplay.

I've made the Beggar's Clothes a craftable and immersive armored version. I also picked up some interesting magic selections and placed them in Riften's Thieves Guild cache. It lags behind Gamer House.

To make the regular rags, hat, and boots, you'll need some linen (look in the dungeon) and some strips of leather to hold it all together. These can be crafted at the Leather Crafting Station. If you want to make an armored version of the robe/boots/hat called the Rugged Beggar, you'll need more, linen wraps, leather, leather strips, fox skin, and troll fat (to keep it waterproof). The armored version is also crafted at the leather crafting station, but will be improved at the armorers workbench. You don't need privileges to make these. You should be able to disenchant most of the magic fragments found in Riften, and if you have a Hobo follower, there's also a set of two.

I've made beggar's clothing craftable, made an armored version that is craftable and immersive. I've also selected some choice pieces with fun enchantments and placed them in a Thieves Guild cache in Riften. It's behind the player-home.

To craft regular ragged clothing, hat and boots you will need some linen wraps (look in dungeons) and some leather strips to hold it all together. These can be crafted at the leather crafting station. If you want to make the armored versions called Rugged Beggar's Robes/Boots/Hat, you'll need a bit more, linen wraps, leather, leather strips, fox pelts, and troll fat ( to keep it water proof). The armored versions are also made at the leather crafting station but will be improved at the armorers work bench. You need no perks to craft these. You should be able to disenchant most of the enchanted pieces found in Riften, and there's a set of two in case you have a hobo follower too.
