what is it?
Like its twin sister Solstheim's Bayview, this Players House was designed to offer adventurers of all kinds a new skyline home, but offering breathtaking views of Whiterun above the roaring rapids of the White River...it's not just any other house - it's built to suit many of your needs.
feature:
Multiple beds - for you and four more followers!
Fully furnished - fully stocked with food, drink and supplies.
Instant access to crafting equipment - Whether you're enchanting, brewing potions, or crafting weapons and armor, everything is ready for the crafter.
There are hot baths inside and out! -Like Lakeview and Bayview, there is a small tub for outdoor hot soaking only, which is ok for Frostfall users. There is also a larger bathtub in the house, just big enough for more entourage!
Frostfall Friendly - Yes, there's a lit brazier, ready to defrost you.
Follower Friendly - Place a navmesh almost anywhere around the house, and if you are using UFO or any of the companion management mods, and My Home Is Your Home, your followers can easily dismiss them and do whatever they want!
Proper Floor Plan - For convenience, the floor is laid out so that you don't have to walk too far or open too many doors when crafting - everything is within easy reach.
Compatible with Vanilla and Tropical Skyrim - Although the exterior layout is designed to complement the TS, there will be no issues blending in with the Vantage Skyrim home as I ensured that the vegetation would not affect the overall look and use of the house.
Vampire Module - Replace the double bed in the master bedroom with a coffin. Requires Dawnguard to work.
Baking Module - Adds an oven and butter churn to the kitchen. A fire is needed.
Cave - You can now harvest ingredients or mine ore in this cave. I also added a furnace and an alchemy table for convenience.
(New) Auto-Strip/Auto-Reequip (NPCs only) - NPCs can now take a shower with you. :)
In general, just like the Bayview, this module includes 5 beds, 4 cooking ports, 4 bookshelves, 5 weapon plaques, 10 weapon racks, 1 large display cabinet, 1 dagger box, multiple shrines, tons of storage, 2 hot tubs, and a full set of nifty equipment and supplies to handle anything Alduin wants to do with the world.
Where to find it?
*Just when you're about to climb from Whiterun to Riverwood via the brewery. The same goes for descending along the White River.
Backstory:
This mod was a user request for a non-DLC version, and then I realized that not everyone uses Dragonborn, so what I did was take 50% of Bayview, strip it of the DLC specific objects, and then port it over to Tamriel.
This time the project took over two days to complete and even then there was always the annoying navmesh warning that had nothing to do with the mod but the main file.
But what I liked while testing it was that the combination of this mod and Tropical Skyrim reminded me of my good old days in the rugged countryside, especially a distant cousin's home built high on the slopes of a mountain and afforded amazing views of the surrounding plains.
Compatibility information (important):

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
