Added some patches for the Hendraheim Creation Club DLC.

I noticed that when I used Verdant on the Hendraheim Creation Club house, the mod buried the house in the ground. Here is a file to fix it.
I also added a patch for SMIM, the mod made Hendraheim's shelves look really weird, this patch fixed those issues. It also works with all versions of SMIM and other mods, if you happen to have very weird texture issues with Hendraheim's bookshelves, counters and dressers.
If you have made other patches for Hendraheim you can send them to me and I will add them to this mod page.
Maybe we could gather all the patches in the house into one central location.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
