If you're like me and were disappointed with vanilla deathhounds, this mod is for you. This mod replaces the vanilla Death Hound skeleton with a new custom skeleton designed to give Skyrim's Hounds a more creepy appearance. Working within the confines of the vanilla mesh, I enhanced the Death Hound's limbs, neck, and skull, resulting in an even more disturbing and intimidating Death Hound that will strike fear throughout Skyrim and the modding community. This will affect all Death Hounds from the Dawnguard DLC. ! ! ! seeing is believing! ! !

[[[MOD compatibility]]

Hellish Hounds uses custom skeletons as vanilla Death Hounds and will override any mods that change the skeleton of Vanilla Death Hounds. Mods that make radical changes to the vanilla skeleton (such as "Realistic Ragdoll and Force") are compatible, as long as "Hellish Hounds" is installed after these mods and allows it to overwrite the files.

Should be fully compatible with any texture mod as this mod does not contain any textures, it is just a skeleton. This also makes it compatible with most other mob mods that don't edit the vanilla skeleton.

It is recommended to use Vortex or your favorite mod manager.

Install "Hellish Hounds" after any mod that makes changes to Vanilla Wolf, and "overwrite" any files when prompted.

This mod contains an "esp plugin", the order in which it is loaded does not matter, but it is safer to place it under any major creature mod.

Just use your favorite Mod Manager to uninstall.

Then make a clean save and reinstall the new version of this mod.
