Heljarchen Hall Trader

This mod adds a trader to Heljarchen Hall after acquiring the building from Sir Dawnstar.

When I want to buy or sell something that I waste a lot of time on, I always think about the other towns I have to travel to. This mod has changed now. Finally you can live there instead of traveling all the time!

feature:

Added a trader to Heljarchen Hall.

After you acquire a house, traders will spawn there. He won't be there until you do!

The trader actually lives on that property. He'll wander around, work, sleep, and always have great items for you to buy and, of course, sell.

His amount is higher than that of an ordinary trader: he has 3000 gold coins. (Perfect amount in my opinion).

He buys and sells everything that can be sold to merchants. (Just like Whiterun's Belethor)

He is willing to trade from 8 am to 8 pm.

Uses a LeveledList, so it should consider every mod that adds its items to the LeveledList.

Protected Character: He will not die when attacked by an enemy. But you (the player) can kill him! But be warned: he's a unique character. He will not be reborn if you choose!

Compatible: Should be compatible with every mod. Only modules that edit the appearance of Heljarchen Hall (such as extending the building area) are not compatible.

This mod adds a Trader to the Heljarchen Hall after obtaining the building from the Jarl of Dawnstar.

It always bugged me that I have to travel to other towns when I want to buy or sell stuff which is wasting a lot of time. This mod changes this now. Finally you can live there without travelling all the time!

Features:

Adds a trader to the Heljarchen Hall.

The trader will spawn there after you obtained the house. He won't be there before you do so!

His amount of Gold is higher than normal traders: He owns 3000 Gold. (In my opinion the perfect amount).

He buys and sells all items that can be sold to a merchant. (Like Belethor in Whiterun)

He is willing to trade from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Uses the LeveledList, so it should consider every mod that adds its items to the LeveledList.
