Heated pool and bathtub with automatic trip device, re-equip only for followers and other NPCs

NPC idle mark

Outdoor kitchen and dining area

Garden with 30 arable fields

Alchemy and Enchanting Table

Proper ambient lighting

Wheat mill produces flour

Boat Shed (formerly the Necromancer's Altar)

Correct patrol path

Total defensive walls and sentry towers

8 full-time Sentinels allied only to you (that is, with no allegiance to anyone but your character and friends)

Some shade trees after clearing out overly large trees

Built-in door flamethrower

Frostfall and CFTO compatible

Hot tub heating controls

Check and clean edit and test with TES5

Backstory:

The original mod was an extension of the existing Lakeview Pool and Hot Baths mod, adding gardens and walls. Because it is so lush, it is appropriate to call it the Avant Garden.

Today, the mod has been streamlined and features some major improvements to ensure the comfort and safety of your character and your family.

Install:

Enter any internal space and save game

Install this mod using any Mod Manager or manually extract and copy

Uninstall:

Remove all items from storage bins

Enter any internal space and save game

Exit Skyrim and uninstall this mod

Compatibility Note:

Other modules that modify Lakeview, specifically navigation meshes or modules that add more clutter to cause clipping, may not work with this module.

Compatible with Frostfall

Should be used with Hearthfire Attack Disable

Not compatible with Lakeview Manor Fortifications (possible navmesh edit, too much clipping)
