Hearthfire BYOH Quest

Allows players to receive and complete Siddgeir's Rare Gifts quest even if they receive his Hearthfire Property Letter.

This mod consists of a modified script. Normally, if the player reaches level nine, he may receive a letter from Jarl Siddgeir of Falkreath, enticing him to see a piece of property. However, if the player has not accepted or completed Siddgeir's Rare Gift quest (he wants you to bring him a bottle of Black-Briar Mead), then this quest will not be available or will not immediately make way for the Hearthfire quest, respectively. This can be quite frustrating for completionists. A script is included that prevents the Rare Gift quest from being preempted by the Hearthfire quest, requiring you to complete it before talking to Siddgeir about the letter he sent. ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

This mod consists of a single modified script. Normally, if the player reaches level nine, he may receive a letter from Jarl Siddgeir of Falkreath enticing him with the prospect of a piece of property. However, if the player has either not yet accepted or not yet completed Siddgeir's Rare Gifts quest (he wants you to bring him a bottle of Black-Briar Mead), that quest will either not become available or fail instantly to make way for the Hearthfire quest, respectively. This can be rather frustrating to completionists. The included script prevents the Rare Gifts quest from being preempted by the Hearthfire quest, requiring you to finish it before speaking to Siddgeir about the letter he sent.
