This mod changes the ivy texture of all exterior areas. It comes with its own mesh, 2k resolution and uncompressed normal map.

Yes I know, another Ivy Mod. This is a project I did for myself to learn how to create textures from scratch. The basic source is from a real ivy photo, the texture was made for Oldrim and now I'm porting it to SSE. I like the result, maybe you'll want to use it too. The resolution of the texture is 2048 x 2048 and the normal map is uncompressed. I had to adjust the UV map so the module has its own mesh (optimized for SSE).

Install/Uninstall

Just install with the administrator/organizer of your choice and overwrite the files. If you did the installation manually, here's what I guess you should do (make a backup). When uninstalling, you have to be careful and don't forget to delete the grid as well.

combat effectiveness

This mod does not work with all standalone ivy mods, which change the file "textures/architecture/farhouse/ivy01". When doing an overhaul, you must pay attention if the overhaul includes this file. If not, everything is fine. If you can, then you have to make a choice.

It won't work perfectly with other meshes because the uv maps are different.

Mods like R´s Farmhouse and Handcarts require a little tweaking. Ray84 granted me permission so you can download compatible meshes in the update download section. After installing R´s Farmhouse you must first install the ivy mod and then let the update files overwrite the grid.

A compatibility patch for enhancing texture details (UV adjustments) is also available in the updates section.

You can report it to me if other mod-meshes need updating and I'll take a look.
