1117/5000 I am currently using Lush Vanilla Trees SE with HQ bark and I love it. One thing missing is that the dead trees are undisturbed and have lower resolution. So I checked out LE's connections and found 4K Parallax Trees and Spooknik's-Tundra Trees HD. I combined these two mods and had good results. Both modules have open permissions, so I thought I could share it on SE. If you're having trouble finding HD models and textures for these trees too, have fun.
This mod contains meshes and textures. Also includes aspen trees as a bonus.
You can also use the original mod port.

Deluxe Vanilla Tree SE-compatible. Let LVT override this mod.
Skyrim Flora Overhaul SE - should be compatible. Let this mod cover SFO.
Skyrim 3D Trees and Plants - The full version may not be compatible, but I'm currently using the plant-only version without issue. There are 2 mesh conflicts, I will override this mod for better consistency.
Realistic Aspen SE - Compatibility patch provided.
SMIM - Let this mod override SMIM.

I am currently using Lush Vanilla Trees SE with HQ Tree Bark and I love it. One thing missing though is the dead trees are untouched and in low resolution. So I check around the LE and found 4K Parallax Treebark and Spooknik's - Tundra Trees HD. I combine these 2 mods and have great result. Both of the mods have open permissions so I guess I can share it on SE. Enjoy it if you too struggle to find HD models and textures for those trees.
