If you're like me and have been disappointed with vanilla hare, then this mod is for you. Skyrim's hares have the proportions of a stuffed animal. This mod replaces the vanilla hare skeleton with a new custom skeleton, designed to make Skyrim's hares more realistic, immersive, and closer to real hares. Working within the confines of the vanilla mesh, I adjusted the Skyrim Hare's head, neck, limbs and tail to make them tougher! These new subtle changes to Skyrim hares make them more like real hares and can survive the dangers of Skyrim. You can now enjoy realistic and hardy hares in the province of Skyrim, and each encounter will immerse you more in the word Skyrim! ! ! ! seeing is believing! ! !

[[[MOD COMPATIBILITY]]]

Hardy Hares uses the vanilla hare's custom skeleton and will override any mods that change the vanilla hare's skeleton. Mods that make radical changes to Vanilla Skull (such as "Realistic Ragdoll and Force") should be compatible as long as "Hardy Hares" is installed after these mods and allows its files to be overwritten.

Should be fully compatible with any texture mod, as this mod does not contain its own skeleton-only textures. This also makes it compatible with most other creature models that don't edit vanilla skeletons.

[[[INSTALLATION]]]

It is recommended to use Vortex or your favorite mod manager.

Install "Hardy Hares" after any mod that makes changes to vanilla Hares, and click "Yes to all" when prompted to overwrite any files.

There is no ".esp plugin" for this mod.
